Twitch Panels Creator - Updated Project Status

🎯 Project Overview

The Twitch Panels Creator is a SvelteKit-based web application for creating custom Twitch panels with dynamic text overlay on background images. The project is currently 85% complete with core functionality implemented and batch download feature in progress.
